25 Years of Experience

Jeremy Squires bought his first home at the age of 25, spending countless hours working on sizable remodeling projects including the addition of a 3-car garage with a mudroom/laundry. Back then, when he wasn’t serving as a 7th grade geography teacher, he could often be found at the hardware store, under the sink, or on a ladder — always with a construction pencil behind his ear.

Not much has changed, except Jeremy has now built and/or significantly remodeled 4 different homes for his family and has become a trusted handyman and home maintenance provider in the eastern Twin Cities metro area.

As a teacher, Jeremy always coached his students to take pride in their work, to honor their word, and to operate with integrity. These principles have served him well over the years, and are the guiding values of Latitude Home Maintenance.
